Tensegrity Yoga is a gentle, floor-based practice that uses balanced tension and compression to create stability, mobility, and ease throughout the body. Inspired by the Tensegrity Repair Series, these slow, intentional movements help rehydrate fascia, support healthy joint function, and restore natural alignment. Most of the practice takes place lying down, with breathwork and guided relaxation woven throughout, making it especially supportive for back care, injury recovery, and pain relief.
Students often experience greater flexibility in the hips, shoulders, and spine, improved core stability, relief from chronic tension, and enhanced overall mobility.
